деловой цикл
Колебания уровня экономической активности (реального объема производства), образующие последовательность подъемов и спадов на фоне общей тенденции экономического роста. Амплитуда колебаний определяется по отношению к тренду экономического процесса, а периодичность — по времени между однородными фазами (от пика до пика или от спада до спада и т.д.). Длительность экономических циклов — от краткосрочного, в несколько месяцев (сезонные колебания), среднесрочных — Дж.Китчина ( около 40 месяцев) и К. Жюглара ( от 6 до 10 лет) до «длинных волн«, обнаруженных Н.Д.Кондратьевым (См. Кондратьева циклы). Существует множество объяснений образования циклов, соответственно — экономико-математических моделей этого явления.
